Google Phones Home
Seems Google is on an expansion kick this year; as they’ve just released their Google Voice service.
The Internet search giant on Thursday is announcing a service called Google Voice that assigns users a phone number that consolidates voice mails and text messages from their various phone numbers and stores them a single location that can be accessed remotely. Google Voice also lets users make phone calls over the Internet.
They can’t even predict how many people will find this a viable solution; with the Skype’s & Vonages and not to mention all the various cable companies out there offering VOIP, now.
One thing you can’t call Google is non-aggressive, that’s for sure.
